Strongman and powerlifting
Working with Tristan, you will develop and refine the skills and abilities needed to succeed in strength sports. Strength sports are growing at an accelerated rate due in part to encouraged participation by all ages, genders and abilities. This is for individuals that are new to this arena of competition as well as seasoned athletes looking for further achievement in their respective sport.
