Using Tristan’s background in sports science, you will apply evidence based methodologies for sport specific training. This will assist you in developing the special abilities needed to excel in your respective sport. Amongst the people participating in sports, there is a vast range of age, ability and level of qualification. This training option caters to any athlete affiliated with any sport.

Conditioning

  • Increasing work capacity for better performance in any given sport context

  • Catering to the specific tempo, duration and dominant energy systems used in the sporting activity

  • Bringing about steady adaptation through progressive challenges

  • Working through and beyond your physical and mental limitations

Needs-Analysis based training

  • Identifying the primary energy systems used

  • Building the specific skills used in the sport by developing the motor abilities that support them

  • Developing mobility as per the requirements of the sport

  • Finding common points of injury, muscle imbalances and weakness that can hinder or halt athletic development and creating solutions to those issues

  • Counseling options for cutting weight for sports with weight classes or where relative strength is a major factor
